Funeral Held Thursday Afternoon;
Victim of Influenza
After being sick with influenza, followed by pneumonia, Mrs. Bertha Kucklick died at the home of her mother, Mrs. Anna Kucklick, Wednesday evening [November 18, 1918], the second victim of the epidemic here.
She was born in Pomeroy 30 years ago [November 27, 1888], and was married to Frank Kucklick on November 3, 1916. Besides her husband she leaves a little son, her parents, Fred and Anna Schuelke, and two brothers, Henry and Albert Schuelke.
The funeral was held at 2 o'clock Thursday, interment being made in the Catholic cemetery.
